Bobb started his career as an actor studying with Lee Strasberg (Brando, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, DeNiro). Bobb then studied to be a screenwriter, director, and producer at Sherwood
Oaks Film School with Producer James B. Harris (three Stanley Kubrick movies). For the past 45 years, he has been acting, writing, directing, and producing motion pictures for all media.

Dove Productions, LTD was founded in Saint Lucia by Colin Weekes more than two decades ago, although the concept was born years earlier while he was just a teenager. During the many years
since then, he has become a leading producer/director and lighting cameraman within the island
industry.
In 2012, he conceptualized a Youth Film Festival along with Rise (St. Lucia) Inc., which was rebranded in 2016 as the Caribbean Youth Film Festival and allows young people the opportunity to express themselves through film and video on various social issues.
He has also worked with the most qualified local acting
talent and production crews who will make up most of the Adventures in Paradise workforce.
